Sometimes duck is overlooked for its nutritional value, but it can form part of any healthy and nutritional balanced diet.

Did you know?

  • As well as being delicious, our roast duck is a good source of protein, iron, vitamins A, B and E... and selenium. Selenium is a useful anti-oxidant which helps protect us from heart disease and some cancers.
  • As more and more people seek to cut harmful fats out of their diets, rest assured that duck is low in saturated fat but a good source of mono and poly-unsaturated fats both essential for a healthy diet.
  • When the skin is removed from our pekin duck, it is actually has lower calorific and fat levels than skinless chicken (per 100gm)!
