Our People
Our employees are what make Cherry Valley the food supplier market leader it is today. Their happiness, job satisfaction and expertise are top priorities - all can be demonstrated by the our high levels of employee retention and high years of service.
We employ over 550 people in the surrounding Lincolnshire Wolds area - whether working on our farms, our state of the art hatchery, our BRC accredited manufacturing facility or Head Office.
Our employees are not simply ‘numbers’ and our Managing Director, Directors and Human Resources Department regularly visit all the sites to chat to employees in their work environment, answer questions and deal sympathetically with any concerns.
