From November 23rd 2009 Cherry Valley will be selling duck fat into local and national butchers and farm shops.
The duck fat is from ducks reared in Lincolnshire and Yorkshire and is all British. The duck fat comes in 180 gram plastic jars and are sold in cases of 12. Cherry Valley’s British Duck Fat is ideal for making the perfect roast potatoes, chunky chips, duck confit and it can be used in stews to enhance the flavour.
