Catering supply for the Chinese restaurant
Based in the leafy Lincolnshire Wolds, we rear approximately 9 million pekin ducks every year to the highest welfare standards in the industry. We supply most of our ducks into Chinese catering, both in the UK and mainland Europe.

Company History
Our company was founded in 1959 by the late Sir Joseph Nickerson near the village of Rothwell which lies in a Cherry tree lined Valley in the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Facilities
In the UK, we have various facilities specifically designed with our pekin customer requirements in mind. We start with egg laying farms and hatcheries through to our main processing site and raw facilities.
