Coming up with new Chinese Duck recipe dish ideas for your menu is very important to keep your customers coming back for more.
New ideas could be for dishes to serve at different times of the day (e.g. lunchtime) or as part of Sunday buffets or simply to try new and interesting ideas.
Have you considered offering a healthy Aromatic Duck pancake with a difference? Looking for something with the health conscious customer? Why not try using a lettuce leaf instead of a Chinese pancake.
Slice or shred part of a Cherry Valley “A Grade” duck (or Cherry Valley’s Boneless Roast Duck for extra convenience) and serve with bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and spring onions into a little gem lettuce leaf wrap. Finish by drizzling hoisin sauce over the top and adding a few chopped roasted pine nuts. A Healthy Aromatic duck dish with a twist! Give it a try and feedback your ideas to our chef.
