At Cherry Valley we have many years experience of supplying raw duck components into 3rd Party Manufacturers for producing added value raw and cooked products. In fact a large majority of duck products that you will currently find on the supermarket shelves are likely to have derived from us.
We know how important it is that you receive deliveries on time, in full and to a tight specification to meet your requirements. We take customer service very seriously and ensure that your needs are met. We have successfully worked with our customers for many years helping them develop duck products for both Retail and Foodservice that work well both as products and financially for all parties.
We are more than happy to work with you on any projects that you may have coming up using duck to ensure you receive the correct product for your needs. With extensive experience of ducks we are happy to share our development expertise with you in helping you with your projects.
We are able to supply product either chilled regular deliveries or frozen, whatever your preference. We are also able to gas-flush fresh product to extend the total life of the product, if required.
All of our products are produced using Cherry Valley UK Pekin strain birds, so we can ensure more meat and less fat than any other strain available in the market place. We also have extensive butchery skills within our processing plant so have the capability to do any level of butchery required.
